What Is Emotional Integration?
Emotional integration is many things, but essentially it is the process of gaining emotional intelligence and healing.
It is the act of feeling, releasing and/or understanding difficult emotions and experiences so you can clear the blocks from your system and integrate the insights into your life.
It is learning to recognize, reconcile and heal our parts (aspects) of self so that we can once again access their skills, energy and wisdom.
Essentially, the goal of integration is self-actualization.
And when you have self-actualization, or are integrated, and living a vibrant, passionate, purpose driven life, you can fully realize your potential and access:

This means you truly know yourself - your parts, your desires, limitations (or just limiting beliefs), gifts, fears, concerns and strengths. It is being able to face your own shadow side with love and compassion; to witness that pain, and in doing so, help the part of you who was carrying that burden (of shame, fear, guilt or sadness) to let it go, so that you can welcome that part back into your heart and life.
In other words: Integration is the work you do to get to a wholehearted life.
