Imagine fully accessing your creativity, joy and passion

If you've been struggling with depression, anxiety, overwhelm or dissociation it can be hard to feel happy, playful or relaxed - like your full range of emotions and talents are inaccessible or hidden.

It doesn't have to stay that way.

Work with me to learn emotional integration tools and skills to experience deep transformative change and reconnect with your true, wholehearted self.

Whether you choose integration coaching or peer-counseling as your pathway to emotional integration either can help with:

  • Improving relationships

  • Increasing resilience

  • Reducing anxiety and stress

  • Getting more out of your therapy sessions

The journey to an emotionally-integrated wholehearted life begins with a conversation.

Pathways to Emotional Integration

There are many different ways to achieve emotional integration or wholehearted living. I offer the options of integration coaching sessions for a tailored approach, or you can join my peer-counseling class to learn and practice the skills with a group of other participants.

You can always start with one option and move to the other as you want or need.

I recommend, if possible, doing a mix of both over the course of our working together.

Option 1:
Integration Coaching
Features:
  • Choose from individual or small group sessions (up to 4) to share cost and time

  • Content aligned with session participant(s) goals

  • Learn at your own pace

  • As many sessions as you need (session packs or a monthly subscription available)

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Includes emotional intelligence basic training, vision setting, parts-mapping, practical exercises, somatic work and accountability check-ins

Perfect for those who:
  • Want more dedicated attention than in a group class

  • Don't wish to, or can't hold space for other participants

  • Desire a broad range of coaching techniques tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Support Group Circle
Option 2:
Peer-Counseling Classes
Features:
  • Classes of up to 24 participants (with 2 teachers)

  • Set class schedule and curriculum

  • Cohort of other students to learn and practice with

  • Scholarship funds may be available to help offset the cost of the course

Once you have successfully graduated you can:

  • join an international community of other peer counselors

  • access ongoing workshops and support groups

  • session with other peer-counselors for an equal exchange of time instead of payment

Perfect for those who:
  • Wish to learn the skills required for the client and counselor roles in reciprocal peer-counseling sessions

  • Embrace the idea of learning with others and building community

  • Have the ability to hold space for others to do their personal growth work

  • Are capable of being self-directed in your own personal growth work

Testimonials

My experience with Shayla as my coach has been really wonderful. She is empathetic, intuitive, authentic and non-judgmental, essential qualities when supporting clients who are struggling with challenges they have not been able to overcome on their own.

She is highly intelligent and self-aware, ensuring that her own inner functioning does not interfere with her ability to assist others. She has a profound understanding of how people can develop an awareness of their own patterns and make lasting changes based on that awareness.

Personally, the shifts Shayla has guided me through in my mindset and behavior have led to meaningful, long-lasting improvements.
